We will be performing network maintenance on Wednesday, March 19, 2008 between the hours of 1AM to 4AM Central. In our attempt to restrict the number of maintenance periods we will be performing a couple different tasks during this time.

First, we will be performing updates to our InterNAP FCP, which should not cause any issues, but may cause some various BGP changes, resulting in slightly inconsistent routing at times.

There will also be short partial outages across various carriers, PCCW Global, AT&T, TeliaSonera, and Savvis, as we adjust the port assignments of some carriers, but there should be no complete outages and no prolonged downtime due to this part of the maintenance.

In addition, some aggregation switches will also have some minor maintenance work done, which could result in outages of up to a minute for a few select customers, though most customers will not be affected by this work.
